Lau Sai-leung 劉細良 was a member of the Democratic Party of Hong Kong and a one-time member of the Central Policy Unit of the Hong Kong SAR Government. A steadfast presence in media both old and new, he is the founder, most recently, of Singjai 城寨, a multimedia platform for current affairs.
